Look'n good , always been one who likes wood on a rifle,,, now it doesn't look like one of those scary black assault rifles that the new media harps on

Those wire stocks only good for beating your shoulder black and blue. Rock and roll time. good luck on finding the ammo to feed it. All ammo getting harder to find Shooting Cheers

Heck yeah reload it!! Now I'm not one of those people that like spraying lead all over the place, (but if you are) you could at least supplement your stash with some reloads.

On the reloads , its not recommended using the steel cases, brass cases are OK.,,,,, didn't know this myself until a few weeks ago ,, grand son bought an AK ,was going to get the dies and start reloading them

yip steel are chuck away. the norinco brass is cheap as is highland or privi. Have a look at the range after others have been there. I am using the .308 neck button and .308 projectiles, a much better selection and those 125grn nosler ballistic tips sure do look fine in the wee case.

glackman55,
That picture of your AK reminds me of something. Here's mine in a family photo with a few of his brothers.
