Tremblay's "eating dirt " subject lead me to politics and I started writing some long winded political crap in there and then stopped myself. It's always my river of mind madness to go off subject into the twilight zone and then try and make it back on subject thinking nobody will notice my twists and turns, they'll just think I'm scatter-brained anyway and.....so here's what I was going on about, but deleted from my short message;
Kids have to have a computer now to even get through school, they don't teach cursive writing here and apparently spelling and math is done for you. I can tell by the younger ladies at work that graduation has become more of a quota requirement than an education commitment. Well it all makes sense if they want the government to take care of us we sure don't need to be self sufficient, just dependent. A few generations (or less) of dumbing down and it'll all be done.
I remember not too long ago when they got rid of NASA space flights, they said if they ever want to do it again they'd have to learn all over how to do it because the last guys building rockets and space travel stuff for NASA are gone. So when we let our guard down and decide our first black president or our first woman president is a good idea despite our gut feelings about them as individuals and despite the obvious clash of Constitutional values.......well he's the FIRST one or she's the FIRST one so we should give it a chance and see how it goes, may be it's that "fundamental comprehensive" changing of America we need.....don't let the magic fog mesmerize you into complacency.
Better yet, pay attention to what they're saying and figure it out. I was amazed that Obama actually said the things he said while campaigning. Don't think I was the only one, but it sure felt that way. Nobody seemed to be paying attention, there was no big debate about what he was saying and what it actually meant. Now that the fog has lifted I now realize the fog was truly magic, the word fundamental actually means forming a necessary base or core; of central importance. ( the Constitution ) The word comprehensive means complete; including all or nearly all elements or aspects of something, must I say it again (the Constitution). There ya go, eyes wide shut, but who was listening?
You know the Constitution is there for a reason and so do I. They've said it over and over those same words of destruction and you know what it means. I don't care what they think they're doing but I know I'm gonna do my utmost best to do my part to not elect any official that uses those words.
It's not a living document (as they might want you to believe) and their wanting to mesmerize you into some thought of, we're here to help, is a bunch of smoke and mirrors to dictatorship or some other form of bull.
Oh I have to add....I don't care what Trump says he'd like to finger, I've got one for the Clintons and they don't just talk about stuff, they act on it. May be they'd like to sit this one out?
Candidates on both sides are being dirtier than dirty and the Clintons remain unsmudged and act unaffected by it all, it's their way of life and they just grin raise their chin and go on doing the same. All Trump has to do is mention something and Clintons take their cue and start digging for more dirt. They have nothing to say so they attack. Might win if they trip him bad enough? Nope Trump has been at bat all his life and he knows how to not only dish it out but how to stomp more salt into the wound then they do.
He's learning as he goes but he's getting better all the time. The outrages are only outrages if the media says it is and the media is who he's actually debating and trying to win over. If he pulls this off he'll be heroic in my eyes at least. He's got very little media on his side and the Clintons have the media coaching her on the questions of the debates. The questions are hand picked, the audience is hand picked the moderators are one sided and argumentative, he's got his hands full and I wish him the best.

I said in the beginning, he was the only one with the fortitude to stand up to all this PC and corruption.

Why is he advocation unlawful searches? His "stop and search" agenda is as far from protecting the constitutionally guaranteed rights and freedoms as the Democrats. I'm voting for Johnson - you know the libertarian, who actually believes in the constitution!

I'll stay out of the politics.
The loss of hard won knowledge, is far too easy and NASA isn't the only victim.
The requirement to reinvent the wheel is only a bad decsion away.
Blame your corporation CEO's who only look to their own self reward who have sent work to china, quality be buggered, I'll take my big pay out because I've increased my bottom line, once I take the money its the next fools problem.
In the mean time a trained work force disintegrates and disperses, knowledge once again pissed up against the wall.
It's happening in all western countries.
And those in positions of power are clueless......

I'm sorry, I really don't get it. Voting for a third-party candidate is, at the present time, like betting your life savings on a horse that you KNOW is going to lose the race. The difference in this case is that you increase the chance that the person you LEAST want in office now has a better chance.

Johnson!!!! I've seen nothing but bad press on him, smoking pot, (but he said he won't if he becomes president) doesn't know his geography, thought Aleppo was an acronym....vote for your wife, she's got a better chance and you can celebrate together win or lose.

the way I see it you can vote for a fella who you dont like a heck of a lot as he has been around the block a time or 6 and upset a few people along the way and quite possible grabbed a handful of a few others and lets be totally honest who hasnt????? stones and glasshouses.....
who isnt a polished shineybum polition and says what he thinks which gets him in the shite and upsets the sensitive types
or a Woman who you dont trust due to her previous track record
so to recap
option one might be ok or might not
option two is untrustworthy
hmmmmmmm
not much of a choice really but with option one at least there is a chance it will turn out ok...
a third party is worse than not voting at all,you allowed to winge about outcome yet helped it come about.

You know, I simply can't vote for a woman who can't take responsibility for her actions any more than I can vote for a man who wants to legalize warrant-less searches. I have the rights that were bestowed on me at birth and I'll die before I vote for anyone who wants to take them away.
At least I will have a clear conscience regardless who wins.
When did voters start voting for a candidate they thought would win instead of the candidate that believed in the same liberties?

correct Elvis. If I haven't done it I sure as hell have thought it.
Paul...If your candidate knew which hand had his thumb on it I might consider him, but.......

So, because Trump likes "stop and frisk" (which doesn't mean he can actually make it happen) you'd increase the chance of giving the election to someone who wants you disarmed entirely (which doesn't mean she can make that happen either)? Again, I am simply confused.

Trump is losing, he's behind, he'll never dig out of this one.....Hillary just saw a crowd in Florida of around a thousand supporters, Trump in Florida had a meager tiny little down the road stretch as far as the eye could see crowd of about 30,000 supporters. I guess the media is preparing us for a rigged election.
