well mate its 39 days and 38 nights short of a real big event Very Happy

but tthat said its the most water I can remember being around.
young Gorseprickle n myself are about to head out the door to head down through Timaru to go hunt a wallaby or 6 so will be heading through the worst hit areas . the rain stopped yesterday arvo so water will have receded majorly. we have big puddles around section but no issues.

drove through washdyke (suberb of Timaru worst affected) no water visable but all the shop windows were steamed up with heaters going flatstick to dry them out....the young fella sat and watched movie Titanic with us the other night....his comment.."there are no handprints on the windows" Shocked
