I wonder if I have "out of state" empty cases and I reload them in the USSR of C if they (the reloads) are legal?

Next question: How are they going to know if I bought ammunition "out of state"?

What gets me is how people keep voting for these incompetent, self-serving swine.
They mess up the state's economy, drive jobs away & tax people till they squeak, yet the stupids keep believing the buggers are the best people to run the place.
