We know they aren't Chinese, Russian or USA stuff so they are by default something else. If not of this Earth then they are extra terrestrial.
If they are extra terrestrial then we only have two questions;
Why are they here and what they would like to drink with lunch.

Seriously, anyone who can travel the vastness of space doesn't want anything we have - they can get that all over the universe without a disagreement. We aren't smart enough to be slaves for them and the biology here would not likely be compatible as food. For similar reasons they have no use for our women - even I have no use for most women now-a-days - or men.

They either come here to laugh at us or to help us. It's a long trip just for comedy so they must be waiting for us to grow up so they can help.
