Well, seems the run up to xmas has been literally smashed for many people.
Possibly 100+ dead, I hope not.
4 states involved, Kentucky seems to be hit hard.
A complete Amazon warehouse near St Louise has been flattened with workers inside.
To any nut members in the effected areas, I hope you have faired well.
My best wishes to those effected, as inadequate as that is.

Yesterday (Saturday) afternoon I fell asleep watching TV (I have a very exciting life, I know). About 4:20 PM it sounded like a jet was landing in the yard, which definitely woke me up. 10 minutes later the power went out. Came back on around 9 PM. Haven't seen any damage.

That damn twister was just downright nasty. It travelled for about 230 miles, destroying everything in its path and breaking the record for the longest travelling tornado set in the 1920’s. My heart goes out to all the families who have casualties of this tornado, especially those in the Amazon warehouse and the Candle Factory where so many have died or were injured badly.

My daughter woke me up early and said I should ring my mate Bushy in Missouri as a tornado went through there. I gave him a call, but fortunately the tornado wasn’t game to go near his place, so all is good. I’m still trying to get onto friends in Arkansas.
