Any Burris Optics are top of the line.
I wouldn't hesitate to get anything with the Burris name on it.
That goes for Burris mounts also.

I just mounted one on my T/C Encore ML barrel. I haven't had a chance to shoot with it yet though, but it's next on the firing line.

I've got two Burris 3-to-9x Fullfields for a .280 and a .35 Whelen. So far I've been pretty pleased. I haven't really tested the Ballistic Plex capabilities though. However I bought the 4.5-to-14x for a .223 and plan to buy another of those for a .22 RF target rifle.

The last time I purchased a Burris scope was in 1988, It was a Full Field 6-18AO Its still working after being droped, left in the cold...you name it.
Burris makes great glass.

whittling are you talking about the burris or the sightron. burris has a ballistic plex rectile. normal x hairs with dashes on the lower verticle section denoting 300 400 500m ruffly depending on caliber

Burris makes one of the finest scopes for the money you can buy. The Signature is an excellent scope and the Black Diamond scopes are as good as you will find for top money.
Best,
Ed
