Yup, they make them, here's 2 that I have seen.

I have seen both of these in action and while corbins also has a power cannelure tool that runs on electric, the hand tool from buffalo arms seems sufficient.

3- a bunch. Aint measured it yet. But comparing it to the Federal GMM factory load with the same exact bullet and at a COL of 2.810 average for the box of factory stuff I have left while honlding a fresh bullet next to it that's about as far out as I can go befand still have full neck/shank contact. Rather have a full neck grip on the shank than trying to sneak up on the lands and havving only half the neck gripping something.

Thanks for posting this. It's giving me some ideas for my 300 WBY. This may become my next "science experiment".
