What do you have there Stovie? A little more info and a size reference would be helpful. I am guessing that is 8 shot not 8 gauge. By the looks those are 12 and 20 gauge brushes. So 28 gauge?

Or the sweet 16?
It's a little tick for the 28 and a little long for the 24, so I would think the 16 or a (3" ?) 20.
And that number 8 birdshot would do very good in a full choke, but then I wouldn't take a rollcrimp as my first choise.

There are only two others that it could be so I'll go with 32 ga.

If it's not any of the above then it's a 24 ga.

And when do you send my patches? Maybe take your bike and bring them over? I will see I'll get some doves ready to be shot when you're here (as long as you don't rob our garbage-trucks).
I even could lent you a nice Dumoulin in cal 24, but that's only a single shot. Maybe you better make your choise in the doubles or semi-autos in 20, 16 or 12. Hunters here have not so good relations with pumpguns.

There might be 1 realy big item you should not forget: once you get the taste in old-style belgian made rifles and shotguns, you might have to sell your bike to forfill your desires...
Is it allowed to hang a little weagon on your bike?

and for your cal 24: I think the rollcrimp mislead me. Most things I have here show that caliber as 24-65 where 65 mm is the length of the shell, so very short.

Single shot's fine for me, less missing.

Yup- 65MM. It's a half-a-12 gauge!

Great. Getting hooked on Belgian guns, that could get expensive.
