So I was in Wholesale Sports in Calgary and saw this die. I was really looking for the Lee Universal flaring die but none in stock. So I bought it and now am figuring a way to use my Lee powder measure with the die. Threads are different so this means an adapter. I can always just use a powder funnel but more chance for spillage. I bought the die to stop the shaving of lead and lube from my cast pistol bullets. The Lee flaring tool would have worked on cases already expanded and charged by the Lee die that has the auto-disk measure atop it in my turret press. My intention was to put the flaring tool between my expander and bullet seater and crimp on my single stage press. I can still do that with the Lyman die but it would be faster just to be able to drop the powder charge thru the die and leave the crimper on the turret press. At some stage in the future I may even figure out how to create a linkage from the Lyman die to the auto-disk measure. That would be the ultimate solution.

That would work just like the Dillon Square Deal Expander/funnel die.
Good thought.
