Vmaster, you should know that we don't call that a hog in TX, its still a piglet. The ones Evis has been raising are probably bigger than that now.

yeah, for such a piglet you don't need a rifle when you can run fast enough...

and its mother is not in the neighbourhood...

because when she is, you should be able to climb trees fast enough...

when that small piggy shouts the number "8" in French, all funny things can happen.

Egnore them. They're just jealous because they don't have a nice young tender porker for dinner (breakfast lunch) and in between.

ok casting my ameture eye over the said lump of pork I would estimate about 50lb...its not a sucker Slim...it stopped sucking mums teets about six months before...in human terms its a preteen and yip the best size for eating.
and Aloy my ol mate you wouldnt have a snowballs chance in hell of running one that size down...Mr Bolt might be able to beat it in a straight line but couldnt jink and swerve to match it and I dont know of ANY animal that can match a pig for downhill speed they have to be seen to believe and big pigs dont swerve for scrub either they are like a panza tank bursting through whatever is in the way.
good work Vmaster.

For one everything is better in Texas. Very Happy And as you can see there are no tree big enough for this o'boy to climb if I could now days lol. And running those day are long gone as well. The smaller ones are better for eatting. But a dead hog is good no matter what size it is lol. Beside it a heck of a lot of fun as well.
