What do you think is the best way to remove rust ?? Confused

Its on some metal tabs I've got. So I'm wondering whats best. Smile

Naval Jelly if availabe and you don't mind putting acid on the parts. the Outers Rust And Blue remover works good also but is also an acid.
Hoppes No9 and steel wool or a stainless steel pot scrubber along with elbow grease will neutralize the oxidation and remove the scale.

Rather not put acid on the stuff because its tabs on canvas though. Neutral

Well turns out a copper wire brush was all that was needed to get it cleaned up Smile

Now to figure out how this stuff works. Shocked
