Personally I like my steak browned on the outside and completely red in the inside ... so its a wonder to many people I know why I have not gotten worms yet.

Great idea... I'll have a beer, two chili dogs smothered is chopped onions with tomato wedges, some chil fries and a chili cheese burger.
That'll should hold me over till the first caution.
