o.k. i got to feelin sorry for you guys, so I called my dad (over 65) he says he finished a 5k last year under 24:00 I better go practice some more that is real close to where I'm at.

Man...I could make you guys real ashamed of yourselves here. WHEN I was 45 I ran the mile under 6:00 (minutes) then ran back to push my girls to the finish. My girls meaning two women that worked for me.
I almost bet I can still do a mile in 10 to 12 minutes run/walk style...
Let's not get to persnickety about the beer we serve here. At least you can get your favorite beer. I can't get mine where I'm at (they don't send it this far). My second favorite I can't afford. So I'm stuck with my third favorite and then I get the generic...

And I'm giving 68 a good push. I have been lucky though. I'm in excellent health. And I do a lot of hiking with a [younger] friend of mine.
