I'm still playing with loads. Right now I'm trying Hornady 129 and 140 grain SSTs. I've got another test batch sitting on the bench now, waiting for work and weather to allow a trip to the range. I've used the 129 gr SST and the Hornady 140 gr Interlock on deer so far.

Tell you what...you guys find the PERFECT bullet and load, then I'll buy my very own .260.

I ever get one the first bullet I'm going to try is the Nosler 100gr B-Tip..........looks like you can easily get into the 3200-3300 fps range !!!

That oughta put some smack on them there whitetails. Very Happy
