Thanks all! It is a great honor to be amid the ranks of the retired.
It looks like it is going to be a very busy year for me I an getting quite a few requests for kitchens and other custom cabinets. So I should be set pretty well set to buy a new pretty shiny boomer, and all kinds of ammo components. I might even buy mama wiersy something sexy..............like a new .45acp.

I had enough rank that they took my toys away and put me in an office, not much fun to be had without pulling triggers and being on the ground with the troops. Now with my full time job I still get to play with the tank simulators and train troops. Without putting the uniform on and putting up with the normal BS.

I still have my regular job that keeps me busy, I just don't have to go to Drill every month and no more annual training in the summer. The one weekend a month two weeks every summer turned into two to three weekends a month and about 3 and a half weeks every summer.
