General James M. Scott of the U.S. Air Force confirmed that the Pentagon received a series of formal directives from the White House between November 7 and December 13 to begin plans for a massive nationwide operation to confiscate guns using a series of federal databases compiled over the last few decades.

General Scott spoke with Duffel Blog reporters in a parking garage in northern Virginia.

Scott also confirmed that a certain four-star general who heads the U.S. Transportation Command was intimately involved in the planning. General Scott would not reveal the general’s name out of concerns for his safety.

The plan, known in the military as Operation PREAKNESS, combines a series of tactics developed for house sweeps and room clearing in Iraq and Afghanistan, which General Scott admitted had been used as test-runs for the U.S.

“If we can confiscate millions of firearms in a country where we don’t speak the language or understand the culture, the U.S. should be easy,” General Scott told The Duffel Blog. “I just feel sorry for that poor Osama fellow we had to kill to justify the whole thing.”

According to Scott, the actual planning for Operation PREAKNESS was initiated in early 2009 and developed in conjunction with the United Nations, Senator Dianne Feinstein, and several other liberal organizations such as the National Organization for Women, Planned Parenthood, Greenpeace, the American Federation of Labor, and the National Rifle Association, which is apparently a front for all the previous groups.

While there was initially some concern about the constitutionality of using the military on American soil, page 2131 of the ObamaCare Act actually amends the Posse Comitatus law to allow the military to disarm private citizens at the direction of the Secretary of Homeland Security. Objections by then-CIA Director David Petraeus were quietly silenced in November.

A test-run for PREAKNESS was actually conducted in early December in Clinger, PA. A joint platoon of Army Rangers and UN Peacekeepers, working with select state and local officials and using imagery collected by the Google Street View Car, quietly went door-to-door and managed to collect all the firearms from Clinger owners.

The few owners who did complain were initially transported to Fort Leavenworth in Kansas to explain their case before a special international tribunal, before being sent to the National Center For Gun Control in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

A follow-on operation using just the UN Peacekeepers is planned later this week for any owners missed in the previous sweep, although the Peacekeepers have confirmed they will be using a post office truck to infiltrate the area.

Not likely, you people invented the ambulance chasing lawyer, I can't see this happening and NO-one squealing to a lawyer or the media, also none of the operatives where shot, neither where the "suspects".
Look the POTUS cant get a quiet heady in the oval office without the world finding out, this confiscation simply couldn't happen without the word getting out by a reliable source.

Army Rangers, UN Peacekeepers, local officials...and the Google Street View Car?!?!?!? Does Clinger PA (or Klinger PA) actually exist...I don't really think so.

To "go door to door" and collect all the firearms would take thousands upon thousands of "door knockers"...can you imagine them trying to hide an operation like that. Confused

It is a hack. It was made up as either a joke or bait for non-thinking gun addicts who are looking for proof that they are planning to confiscate all our guns. (they are but just not all at once)
Study Englands gun control history - it has always been "We don't want all your guns, we just want to provide you with a safe environment". The subjects aren't buying it anymore. They are marching in the streets in protest and saying to the Americans, "fight for your rights - don't lose them like we did."
They have started to press their government to withdraw the bans and let them have their right to self defense. Right now they can't defend themselves at all - its illegal to try to defend yourself against a criminal attack.
Our friends in Alstralia, Canada and the UK all need to start protesting in every way you can to gain back what you have lost. Push the lack of effect and the loss of ground against the crooks. Quote the violent crime rate increases and make them think about what they have done. Let them know that you want your rights.
Yes you do have rights, look back into history. Look at what happened during WW II. They needed the civilians armed to keep invasions at bay and everyone was armed. Why can't they trust you now?

Even Obama wouldn't do that one.

The way that it looks, O. will try to have all of us do background checks when selling a gun. [Which we won't do]
Also high cap. mags will be outlawed. [Which will be ignored]
Somehow, I think that most gun owners will pretty much tell him to shove any new law up his ass at this point.

Realize D. that most Americans won't be pushed around. Our attitude hasn't changed since 1776.

Personally, I don't want the mood lightened. I feel a bit like a soldier who just lost his friend in a firefight and want to cry but the platoon leader comes up and tells him to hold on to the anger - keep the hatred and use it against the enemy.
This is a battle that we cannot lose. This is as serious as life and death. If they pass this legislation and decide to act to take our guns I will be one who is either dead, in jail or be made into a killer. I will not surrender my guns, not one of them.
