H335 and W748 are often recommended for this combo, however, my all time best accuracy and velocity happen with H322. Of course, WW brass and Rem 7 1/2 primers. I have two 223s, a 22" and a 26" and H322 with 50gr bullets outpeforms all other powders I have tried.

Cool Nosler 50gr BT, WW cases, CCI BR primer & 25.5gr H335. This give me 3350fps with an SD of 11fps. If I do my part it will shoot sub .250" but I average @ .375". Very accurate in my rig and a very positive varmint control tool!! Sniper

Any load given should be reduced by 10% as your firearm is not the same as mine and you will have to work up to your firearms maximum using caution and prudent loading procedures. I will not and do not assume any responsibility for any load that I list as they are safe in my firearms only. Cool
