Bushy, I guess we were lucky right here. Near-constant rain but fairly gentle. No real flooding locally. Nothing like they had along the coast and in SC. I was kinda surprised at how hard the wind blew for several days. That, along with the wet soil, cause some trees to fall and knock out power lines. Our power at the house was blinking off every so often, just long enough to shut down the computer and cable box.

Exactly Elvis...I like all three ingredients in this one, and I think they complement one another. Pork and pineapple, or pork and apple sauce...can't beat them.

It's a bit like ham steaks...a lightly fried pineapple ring on top of the lightly fried ham steak, a nice tasty cheese layered on top of that, then under the grill to melt and brown the cheese. YUMMO, and they all complement one another.

With Christmas fast approaching I thought I'd give this one a bit of a bump to remind us of a very tasty dish that would definitely not be out of place on the Christmas table.

I reckon the boneless rib filet stuffing would be awesome if it was venison. The pineapple would/should keep it nice and moist.
