Thanks for the extra pictures, stovey. I shot 150gr Fed Round Nose out of my 6.8mm SPC and always chuckle every time I pull the trigger. Noticeable more recoil than the 110gr pills or the 5.56. Not as much as therapy as you are getting with your Beowulf ... or should I say Thor's Hammer.

Did you use a mill to machine it or a slide-vice and drill press? I'd really like to build one myself.

Used a Tormach vert CNC, for the lower and the ejection port. We also used a jig so the lower came out perfect. The upper needs a smidge of work so that sewer pip can fling out. And boy does it. This drawing is not to scale. Just has the dim's. Raise the roof, lower the floor of the port. Done. And thanks, everyone, for the nice reply's! Very Happy

Bout 90 mins later I get set up....trying to zero this thing. OK- got it...boom boom boom....it drifts. Re-set....repeat.

So I just casually shot the last of the box to get some rounds through it.
I also replaced the MAGPUL MOE stuck plate with a Limbsaver pad- super thin, took all the sting out of it- no more sharp edges. Now you get that sweet recoil therapy without any cuts.
