I always carried a little bottle of Eugenol (Oil of Cloves) when I was in the Army. It wouldn’t fix the problem, but it would numb things so the tooth didn’t ache. The downside was that it tasted bloody horrible and would “burn” your tongue.

Basically oral cement to make a temporary filling. Different kits come with different tools to apply it. Most kits are around $20.

Same here…never heard of an emergency dental repair kit. I suppose if you are a long time from a dentist it would be worthwhile to ease pain and stabilise the tooth.
