"They were laying new power cables which were strung on the ground for miles.

The moose are rutting right now and very agitated. He was thrashing around and got his antlers stuck in the cables.

When the men (miles away) began pulling the lines up with their big equipment, the moose went up with them. They noticed excess tension in the lines and went searching for the problem.

He was still alive when they lowered him to the ground. He was a huge 60 inch bull and slightly peeved!" Mad Evil or Very Mad

Cheers, Vince

Even thought he is big Vince, that moose must be pretty young.
I used to get that same "electrical" feeling when I was younger and in "rut"
just like that moose.
Now days, I just thrash around a little, and a couple of drops of cold water even ends the thrashing. Sad Sad

I WILL say though that I am still "well hung" just like that moose. Shocked Shocked

Maybe he was trying a little "advertising" to get the cows' attention!

Well mate, they tell me it pays to advertise...but at the height he is suspended methinks that there wouldn't be much "advertising" happening, he'd be a might too scared to not have EVERYTHING puckered up real tight. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Laughing ROFL

OUCH. Wonder if he survived it?

In fact...I wonder how he got up there? It looks like the wires have been up for a while.

Shocked Shocked I never thought of that. OK, everybody out there searchin' to make sure that SANTA hasn't come a cropper. If you find his bag of goodies make sure that the rifle I asked for is still there. Very Happy Very Happy

Joe, If you plan on climbing up there to gut 'em be my guest, I'm not planning on standing underneath to watch. Yuck
