Other then the Night Vision and Day scopes being made in Russia (with some day scopes possibly being made in China) I dont think I can tell you much.

Danny, have you looked at other brands of scopes? And why so much magnification?

Heyup. Give people a chance to get online to answer. Impatience can mean a pulled shot Shocked

Sorry, but no idea of their day scopes. Not a normal manufacturer that people look at. Their NV gear doesn't seem too bad, plenty bought here in the UK(Gen1) for short range vermin. For a budget scope, try Simmonds or Bushnell, they have good glass.
Most people pay more for their glass than their rifle.
I, along with many in the UK, buy from the US, because even with import duty, it's still cheaper.
Warning!!!!
Don't buy the recognised "names" off Ebay from bulk suppliers, they are all Chinese crap.

Actually my fiend looking for this riflescope. I use Meopta 4-16X tactical; it is quite good quality and useful up to 300 meters, but magnification is preatty weak for shooting between 300 and 600 meters. I use it also for hunting and sport shooting, so I did a compromise and select it. But my friend looking for scope only for sport shooting up to 600.

Probably Bushnell or similar would not be bad decision.

Thans both for reply!

Danny

Are you shooting for groups or are you shooting tactically. Most of the tactical shooters are using 10x for 1000 including myself, if you're shooting groups You may not need all the bells and whistles on a tactical scope the money might be better spent on a simple reticle in a high grade glass like leup. Tactical matches require range estimations made w reticle based angular measurements on targets of known size at unknown distances. Also better glass often provides higher clarity (less granular) at lower magnification making details more apparent so your aiming at a smaller target i.e. shirt button opposed to sillouhette. You may already know all this so disregard just throwing in some experience that may help others if read.

I am shooting for groups at known distance. My Meopta have Z-plex reticle (not mil dot) and last saturday I successfuly test it at 500 meters. So I find out, that magnification is not so weak that I think before.
