Let's not talk about the quackers......

I get to chase deer tomorrow, so hopefully we have a happy BFR soon.

You better grab some cheese and crackers cuz I sure didn't see any deer. But a beer sure was good after stomping through the river bottom. I found out it was kinda wet in there, and the water is getting pretty cold.

I had a chipmunk playing around me for over an hour Sunday morning and wouldn't go away. I stomped my foot at him, tried to kick him,and threw things at him, but he wouldn't go away. I finally had enough when he scampered over my foot making a bee line for my back pack with my lunch in it! I chased him off my pack and he ran to the back side of a tree, when he came back again I had the BFR in my hand and him in the scope......

You guessed it, Chippy met a gruesome fate. I was surprised I actually hit him at about 8 feet. He was cute at first them he was annoying, but when he got it in his mind to check out my lunch it was over.

Did the bullet hit him or did the muzzle blast just disintegrate him?

Actually I kinda like it when the squirrels, etc hang around. I figure that means that I am unobtrusive enough that the deer won't notice me.

I like watching the critters while hunting but when they hit the no fly zone that's it.... it's over.

I couldn't really tell if the bullet or the blast did more damage. The little chunks didn't look cooked. I'll have to call the local CSI to find out...... oh wait we don't have any CSI's out here.

I figured you would agree with the protection of the lunch pack Stoves.

I generally don't have problems with not having enough gun. Y'all laugh but one of these days I'm gonna come across that Rabid Raging Rhinoceros, I'll be ready...... will you?

Well look who dropped by. Are there any critters still alive down there?
