I am trying to work up a good varmit load with the Hornady 139 gr BTSP using Reloader 22. Any suggestions or favorites?

You can typically use load data from a heavier bullet for a bullet that is lighter in weight. In your situation, load data for 140 bullets should be a good guide. Start low and work up in powder weight. I use http://hodgdon.com/ as my go-to reference.

If your varmits aren't too big, there is loading data for 100 and 110 grain hollow points.
