Well here in Canada the one (Cabela's) in Winnipeg, Man., which I use as a mail order supplier, has as good a price or better on anything I have wanted than any of the other mail order outfits around here. I might add that the service is at least 2 or 3 times better then the others like, Wholesale Sports for example. The big chain here is Wholesale Sports and service from mail order is terrible whether you phone in or order online. The service from Cabela's (they bought out S.I.R. which was a family owned business since back in the 20's) is the same as it was when it was S.I.R. Yep it's that good!

Ahh, The Cabela's credit card! I'll have to look into it. I use Amex. they have points you can use for all kinds of stuff, but it sounds like Cabelas gives you something similar. This might be a good weekend to take a trip.

I knew a guy who had to travel all the time so he got a Bass Pro credit card to use for it. He accumulated enough points or whatever to buy a pretty decent rifle, with scope, each year.

I'd be in the pink if I could do that but my company requires we use their credit card.
