Found a couple of these gals a few miles down the road from my house.
They were out enjoying one of our rare above zero days.

man that looks too easy, bet they dont stand around like that when you are allowed to escort them to your freezer.

Well they are in the freezer now and their coats sure look thick enough to keep them warm.

Well they are in the freezer now and their coats sure look thick enough to keep them warm.

With all our very cold temps and deep snow this winter, these guys aren't about to expend much energy running off from some guy with a camera. And they do look in pretty good shape for what they have been through so far this winter.
I do have one in the freezer from last season, and it is very good eats.
