|
Can any of you folks guide me to a place where I can buy some springs and plunger parts for my rifle?
I cannot find a site for the small springs and pieces that I need to replace.
I really love the rifle and hate to put it aside because of lack of parts.
Thanks.
I may not respond quickly as I just received word of a very good service friend's passing.
Rack up another one to the excellence of the Veterans Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska.

WildHorse, my buddy has one and from what I've seen of the internals, its a mil-spec AR. Bushmaster makes the ARs for Remington.

That is sort of what I thought--but just wanted to check for sure.
Thanks for the help Slimjim.

Cliff, like my friend here said, ARs are the "Tinker toy" of the gun world. You can swap parts around to get exactly what you want. I'm kinda kicking around a home built upper for mine now.
