I'm a Nosler guy for the most part too. Love the 130 grain Accubonds in my 270 and Sammy uses 95 grain ballistic tips in her 243. She's taken two Elk and a huge Cow Moose with that set up with no problem. I've taken a liking to these Hornady FTX bullets, accurate and lethal so far. I'm going to try them on a spring black bear this year I think.

Wow......she killed them with a .243 and B-Tips !!! Scratch
Congrats to her for proving (once again) that it's good shot placement that counts, not a whiz bang magnum ego.

Started shooting the B-Tips when they first came out. Thought about switching to the Accubond but never really had a reason to fix what wasn't broke. Confused
IMHO B-Tips are one of the best deer bullets out there. They are probably one of the most misunderstood bullets out there as well.

Yep, and like I said, no issues on any of them. Bullet placement is really the only important factor when it comes to making a good kill shot. That big Cow Moose ran 40 yards and piled up. A perfect double lung shot as she did with her Elk too. I have no misgivings about her taking aim at anything with her 243.
