60 second delay between posts now enforced

To try and limit the amount of spamming these knuckleheads can do, I've increased the delay between posting messages to 60 seconds (it was 15 seconds).

That shouldn't inconvenience our fine members much, but will slow down spam flood posting that has been increasing lately.

If it this is an issue let me know, its a simple change if we need to tweak it.

I can’t see this as any sort of a problem mate. Anything that will slow down these mongrel SPAMMERS has got to be a good thing.

just watch it when you go back and edit your own post.....pretty easy to beat the 60 seconds doing this.
