My local shop got one BSA Sportsman Five in GREAT condition selling for $50 the problem is there is no magazine to came with the gun Sad I reckon this is why the gun is cheap.
I buy it anyway Very Happy will show off later when I got the gun.
(it takes 30 days for the permit to purchase to be sent back Sad )

Anybody know anybody who sell one of these magazines? Google don't came up with much info on these gun.

Other than that, if I could get some picture of this magazine, I could try to reconstruct one. Very Happy

Any help are appreciated

Gelan

You could try Gun Parts Corporation at www.gunpartscorp.com. They have a lot of parts and might be able to help you. All the best...

I know ya don't like em Gelan, but give Horsley Park Gunshop a ring. They have a pretty good "Buggery Box" of goodies. You could also try Smith's Gunshop on George Street in Sydney. They have been around for a long time and also are a haven for odd bits and pieces.

Hi Gelandangan,
Parabellum are the Importers for BSA, so they should be able to put you onto spares, try 03 9328 4880.
I'd ask availabilty and price before commiting my permit to aquire to the unknown.
Why can't the retailer buy one and sell it complete?

Thanks guys.

I will try those sugestions.
I have tried Horseley park, Safari Arms, Western Arms and Mick Smith, they haven't got one.
I will try Parabellum but the chance of them getting one would also be slim.
Mind you this rifle is made around 1940.
