Neck resizing

Been reloading for a hell of a lot of years, and just started prepping some fired cases. A lot needed trimming, no problem, but tonight came a thought, when you've trimmed, do you resize again? Stupid, I know, never done it before, must be brain working overtime. What's your thoughts?

No need to size again but do champher and debur the case mouths.

Always have, but even after 20+ years of reloading, sometimes things just cross your mind and make you think. Maybe just having a "Blonde" day. DOH

When neck sizing you are not working the brass enough to get any change in case length. That change usually takes place during firing anyhow. If you start with all the cases at the same length you should get several loadings before you have to trim again. Trimming is not something you need to do for every loading but measure and make sure you are not at max length.
But, if you are a benchrest or 1000 yard shooter and anal about your brass just trim away.

Assuming that you're trimming after you've resized there's no need to resize after trimming, you're not doing anything to stretch the brass.

Thats what I thought, but sometimes, even after all these years of reloading, some things just get stuck in your head and a question has to be asked. No-one can profess to know everything and new things can be learnt after all this time.
