I could not decide which forum to post this under... My son and nephew are out hunting pheasant today in ther snow and sleet. Since this picture was taken they have bagged two more pheasant. They jumped this honker in a waterway running through the field they were hunting.

Just so you know Eric.... There are, in my humble opinion, not less than 25000 geese within 5 miles of my house right now. The fields turned black with migrators a week ago and they skys are whistling with the groups as they jump from gravel pit lakes and rivers out to the chiseled corn fields. Now if I can get away from work and hunt with the boys for a while... They have nailed two coyotes this week already too!

a couple of boxes of ammo would see them right for christmas pressies them. good to hear the younguns are out there doing it.
