YOU WILL NEED AT LEAST 4 LARGE FOX SQUIRRELS FOR THIS ONE IF FEEDING MORE THAN 2 PEOPLE.
4 SQUIRRLS
ENOUGH CHICKEN BROTH TO BOIL THE SQUIRRELS IN
BOIL THE SQUIRREL UNTIL MEAT FALLS OFF THE BONES.
REMOVE FROM FIRE AND LET COOL.
PICK MEAT OFF BONES AND DISCARD ANY BLOOD SHOT OR OTHERWISE UNEDIBLE MEAT.
MIX A BATCH OF "DRAKES MIX" BATTER.
DREDGE SQUIRREL MEAT IN BATTER AND DEEP FRIE IN 350 DEGREE CORN OIL UNTIL BATTER IS COOKED.....
