I've had this DPMS Lo-Pro for a while and decided to put a different scope on it recently. I've been planning to sell the rifle to raise some money for a kayak. Today I went out to zero the scope and try some factory ammo in it. I had a box of Hornady TAP w/ 60 grain bullets.

Now what am I going to do...

Build a kayak, it's fun and it's cheaper. I had one of these for years. I don't think I could part with a shooter like that!

Great shooter, Pkinslinger! And that is not even free floated barrel. ARs are good rifles. Go for a used kyak like Elvis suggests. They should be a few on the market cheap when the winter comes.

Haha Haha Haha Haha

Kind of like the somalia pirates. Seriously, with a shooter like that, it's a keeper in my book.

what sort of kyak do you want Pumpkin? I have a old fibreglass job that will take 2 adults in smooth water or 1 fatty and 1 young un in any conditions. I normally paddle it on my own which gives me room for the dog and a duck or 5. the old fibreglass boats are dirt cheap 2nd hand cause everyone is into the open top plastic fantastics for the sea fishing and big plastics for cruising.

Now what am I going to do...

Sell that and give yourself an uppercut, thats a better group than a lot of bolt actions.
Keep it.
Sell something that doesnt work that well.
Apart from that its black, has a pistol grip, scares zombies and pisses off obama, win win all round.
I vote keep it and save up for a floatation device over time.

Here's the kayak I'm wanting >> www.wildernesssystems....reational/

Since its already Oct. I don't figure we'll be doing much more kayaking this year. Guess I'll wait a while before buying something new, unless somebody has a huge sale.

I am really pleased at the way the AR shot with factory ammo! It shot one handload almost that good so I'm still tweaking on it. I got/built the rifle with coyotes in mind.
