This is to get away from all of the unpleasant things around today, although there are some unpleasant parts to this story as well...but with a very happy ending. This guy's attitude is something that everyone should strive to achieve. This is quite a story.

Would you like to see and hear what a real American Hero is like? Watch this video of a Hungarian Jew who had been a prisoner in one of the German death camps and was freed by the GI's in WWII. Hear from his own lips what he went through as a soldier in Korea under the command of a prejudiced Sergeant and how he was again captured and put in a Korean POW camp.

Every American can learn something from this modest Hungarian Jew, who won the Medal of Honor. He would make many of us feel shamefully inadequate when we compare what he went through and overcame to be a FREE human being in a country that was not his native land. Maybe we can take just a few minutes away from watching the Sports Channel or the Soap shows to silently give thanks to this great hero and the God who created him.

Thanks Vince that was outstanding.

Such valor. I could only hope that under the same circumstances I would be so courageous. He is a testament that man is much more than an animal. God bless him.

I am sending this link first to all my family and then everyone I know.
