Looking for load info on .270 with 150grn GrandSlams.

My Speer manual is old enouth I want to see if the values have changed much. I rarely use speer bullets anymore but I have enough GrandSlams I might as well load'em up for my boy to use on a cow elk this coming winter.

Dallan, there was reloading data on the Speer website. See if this helps at all.

I found that while looking for GrandSlam info. The "Full Curl" bullets are their new line, they are made differently being electroplated vs from a extruded copper cup. It was enough of a difference that I dont feel comfortable going with it.

I do have the Speer 1996 edition that list the grand slam bullets. If it's late enough edition for you I'll scan it and post.

Here you go Dallan, I have the newest reloading manuels for speer, hornady, and nosler. That is, to date, and I have the 50th anniversery for Sierra which is fairly current. I also have a pretty good library of older manuels including one by P O Ackley, Accurate, Hodgdons and others most of use probably have never heard of. One that I find pretty interesting is one of my hodgdon books that is signed by one of the hodgdon family memebers.

Thank you. It lists a bunch of powders not found in the other manuals. Good stuff. I will pick up a manual next time I make a run for more components.
