I`ve tried most of the UK`s game and a fair few vermin as well as `gator(very nice too)
However my favourite is woodcock traditional style-in which all the bird is eaten except the gizzard and bones. ... |

| No,I never skin wildfowl,there`s too much flavour to be lost that way.Also the fat left over from roasting is great to roast potatoes and squash,especially with some rosmary....starting to feel hungry ... |

I shoot wildfowl in Scotland and I use a 12 for duck and inland geese,and a 10 for coastal geese.The 10 is an Elderkins greylag s/s 3 1/2" chambers and 32" full/full barrels.
