hey mate. savage is a great base to start. you can swap barrels and bolt faces in a few mins. got to www.longrangehunting.com and there is some great information on there. |

good scope, has been out in the rain and snow and stilll working well. have shot a few tahr at 350m with it. very clear. defintly a good buy |

well got the scope today. the 28th. ordered it on the 23rd. pretty good delivery time from the states to nz. theopticzone are prompt. put it on the .308. looks to be well made. been looking through it ... |

ok just got the burris fullfield 4.5*14*42 with the balistic plec and the 12*24*50 spotting scope for $us345 at the opticzone. just hope customs here in nz dont tax me. cant wait to put it on the .308 ... |

whittling are you talking about the burris or the sightron. burris has a ballistic plex rectile. normal x hairs with dashes on the lower verticle section denoting 300 400 500m ruffly depending on cali ... |

hey 300 those sightron scopes look good. dont know how easily we could get them into nz that easily. and dont like the dot in the sentre of the rectile |

mate sounds like you have a real delema there. i managed to get a bullet stuck to. forgot to put powder in. i was lucky in that it was only 3 or 4 inchs down the barrel. managed to get a wood dowl and ... |
