1895ss, saw your post and thought I'd respond even though it's a little late. I bought a box of 100 grain TSX's for my 25-06. I loaded them over 55 grains of IMR 4350 and Federal 210 primers (.05 off ...

If you're looking for just plain old loading information and you're not interested in ballastics tables, tech talk and so on, you can't beat the manuals put out by Loadbooks USA. Their manuals are for ...

YB, you're not making this any easier. I'm still suffering from post traumatic miss syndrom. But to answer your question, of course it was buttered popcorn. The butter makes it easier to eat. LOL!!

kbis, I'm not too far from you. I'm in Woodville. I've never seen any nutrias around so I don't think it's one of them. If it is the best defense against one of those rats is to sic a coonass on them. ...

I bought a second Savage 12 FLV in .223. I'm replacing the barrel with a stinless in .220 Swift. It's a Savage varmit barrel with a 12 to 1 twist. That will give me two left handed varmit wackers with ...

I agree with cjp45 on the Savage 12fv. I've got the left hand version and it shoots .3 groups. My trigger is set at 1 1/2 pounds. For the moneyI don't think you can beat it.

Any thoughts on which is the better caliber? Either case all rounds will be hand loads using 55 grain NBT for varmits and Sierra 65 grain Gameking for pigs and occassional deer. Thanks.
