RPM1031,
I heard it is better to clean brass before depriming and resizing. Less chance of scratching inside of dies from foreign material and helps the case neck from being overly stretched and scratched. Here is a list of what I do to prepare used and or new brass for reloading.
1.Tumble with primers in.
2. Resize & deprime.
3. Deburr Flash holes with K&M flash hole uniformer. (1 time is enough)
4. Clean and correct primer pockets with K&M primer pocket uniformer.
5. Trim to length if needed.
6. Deburr case mouth.
You can buy the K&M products from www.lockstock.com Smile
