Yep, some of these rifles may have had too much adhesive put on the trigger when assembled and may pose a risk of firing without pulling the trigger.
When the recalled gun comes in, they clean the excess glue off the trigger and do a condition report and send it back.

Most of the people That are alarmed by this recall think it is the same "problem" that Remington was taking flack on with the old trigger.
