it would be interesting to learn the specific facts regarding each of the firearms failures in the link. I suspect the same folks that were not careful reloaders may also be careless with power tools, lawnmowers and vehicles. So it depends. All the best...

The Ruger featherweight was disembowelled with factory ammo at a training class...
So much for aluminum guns.

How do you "double charge" a bottlenecked rifle case? I suspect something else happened with the Weatherby.

How do you break the front off the slide of the .45?
I'm with Bushy on double loading bottleneck cases.
Perhaps someone loaded with pistol powder.

The last picture caption leads me to question whether any of the captions are to be trusted. Was it bad reloading or an obstruction?
