anyone here use one ?? trying to replace the toggle block and the bolt that goes thru it seems captured somehow. i can call rcbs monday im just impatient and thought someone on here might know something about it thanks

In case anyone else was puzzled what this was, it's a progressive shotshell reloader. I also had to look it up.

The nuts on the toggle block pin are Nyloc nuts.

Look at page 16 of the owners manual.

repete they are nylocks. i have removed both nylock nuts but the bolt still seems captured somehow. been busy movin kids home from college today. ill call rcbs tommorrow

Look underneath, there is a set screw.

#11 on the parts list in the pdf.

set screw is in the other pin... you have to drive the top pins out with a punch to get the thing apart. the pin with the nylock nuts is "captured" until you drive out the top pins
