well my wee holiday is over....AND those plurry wallabies had the last laugh on me...over last fortnight I have managed to shoot four, all up back of farm.ive watched driveway for hours, stood and froze watching, snuck down at sunset, snuck down in middle of night but didnt see a one..today,driving out with rifle buried in rear of wagon we saw not one,not two but three of the huas sitting out in open laughing at us,two of them were on driveway itself..and one was still sitting on side of track ten minutes later when I walked back up to conceal key..rifleless of course.

all said and done it was an awesome 2 week break from town...a chance to relax and reset. mates dogs were happy and healthy when they returned, pig still alive, sheep all where they supposed to be. so all in all successful all round.I will get those pesky wallabies, like elma fudd with the rabbits...its now WAR...
