New forum rule.

I encourage everyone to read the Announcments forum under Website Rules, Forum Rules #6. This is a new rule going into effect due to several justified complaints I've recieved from several people.

We didnt have a guideline in place before this new rule so previous behavior is excused. From here on out please keep in mind the new rule when posting.

There will be a "looser" interpretation of the rule with regard to posts in General vs the other topic forums however as General is meant to be more of a "chatty" coffee shop / campfire shoot the breeze forum.

If anyone has comments / questions lemme know here or in PM's, thanks!
