Actually if you log completely out of the system, then try to browse users info from the Your Accounts page, you dont see the email fields, its hidden to all but registered users. Also users can choose to hide their emails from everyone in their own email settings.

What I think is happening is that its a web spider following links from the forums, basically all they will get is your post count and any trivial information.

When I was in Honolulu 2 Thanksgivings ago, I was served SPAM for Thanksgiving dinner. Hawaiians love that stuff.
