Gidday Menace. Nothing difficult about putting together a work station mate. All I have is an "el cheapo" work bench from Supercheap...cost about $45 from memory, a seat that is of the right height...I use an old bar stool...and that is it. To make it a bit more user friendly I put a shelf under it. Depending on whether you are right handed or left handed bolt the press to the right or left hand front of the bench and you are ready to go. I actually have room for two presses on my bench...a Lee shotgun press and my single stage press.

I'll see if I can get an overhead pic of my bench and that should give you a good start. Most reloading benches are a damn sight more elaborate than mine though.

mike it will be great to see how your gun performs in the load test.what brand/model is your gun? Smile

went to the farm on long weekend,used .17hummer on rabbits.
didnt have the oppotunity to do my .243 load tests.will try later this month.

The rifle is actually a friends:

BSA Stutzen with full length fore end & 20" barrel.
It shoots Norma factory 90gr SP into sub MOA five shot groups, so we know what it's capable of as a benchmark to beat.
