By the way, and I know this is not rabbit, but. On the first wild hog I killed we just ate the first quarter hind haunch.

Soaked it in brine, apple juice, salt, brown sugar, and some spices for three days. Smoked it for four hours and finished it in the over till it was falling off the bone.

It's gone, they didn't even leave me any leftovers to snack on. Even my grand kids couldn't get enough. Crying or Very sad

Theres an idea! We would have to ask one of the head honchos here. but starting another catagory for favorite game recipes would be a natural idea for a hunting forum.

I am confused I thought we had a area to add out recipes. We went through this a while back. Maybe got lost in one of the updates to the software? Confused
