It definitely is easier to pull the bullets and reload without sizing. For instance I loaded 50 338RUM at 96 gr RL25 because in working up the load it shot good. When shooting at the range I got a little brass flow on the case head. It was an easy deal to pull the bullet, trickle out 2 gr so it was at 94 gr and reseat the same bullets.

If I had to resize the necks it would have meant emptying the powder, resizing the neck, charging new powder and then reseating the bullet. A lot more work and not a bit of difference.

But we all get to do it the way we want to. Very Happy
